园艺拖拉机前桥倍速机构设计及仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 转弯半径的大小影响四驱园艺拖拉机的转弯性能,是园艺拖拉机的一个重要参数。设计一种新型的拖拉机前桥倍速机构,采用电液结合控制实现拖拉机转向倍速,能够在相同转角下使转弯半径为3 455 mm的园艺拖拉机的转弯半径减小至3 215 mm。根据园艺拖拉机的整体参数,设计倍速齿轮传动比为0.598、确定摩擦片参数大小。进行齿轮模型的建立,使用有限元前处理软件HyperMesh对齿轮进行网格划分,并通过Workbench进行传动齿轮的静力学分析。得出在载荷作用之下齿面接触应力分布情况,最大接触应力为432.71 MPa。采用有限元分析的结果与传统接触应力计算结果以及实际检测相比较,从而验证倍速机构齿轮的安全可靠性。并对倍速前桥进行试验,得出实际最小转弯半径为3 157 mm。该倍速机构结构安全可靠,能够实现减小转弯半径,使园艺拖拉机转向灵活。 Size of turning radius affects the turning performance of the four-wheel drive horticultural tractor. It is an important parameter of the horticultural tractor. This paper mainly designs a new type of tractor front axle Bi-speed mechanism, which uses electro-hydraulic combined control to make the tractor steering speed faster, and can reduce the turning radius of the horticultural tractor with 3 455 mm to 3 215 mm under the same Angle. According to the overall parameters of the horticultural tractor, the designed Bi-speed gear ratio is 0.598, and the friction plate parameters are determined. The gear model was established,and the gears were meshed by HyperMesh, a finite element pre-processing software.The static analysis of the transmission gears was carried out by Workbench, and the contact stress distribution of the tooth surface under load was obtained. The maximum contact stress was 432.71 MPa. The results of the finite element analysis are compared with the traditional contact stress calculation results and the actual detection, thus verifying the safety and reliability of the Bi-speed mechanism gear. Doing the experiment of the Bi-speed front axle, the actual minimum turning radius of is 3 157 mm. The Bi-speed mechanism is safe and reliable, which can reduce the turning radius and make the steering of horticultural tractor flexible.
