摘要
变量喷雾是精准施药的重要方式之一,而变量喷雾系统的控制方式是实现精确变量喷雾的关键。对国内外研究的压力调节式、流量调节式和药液浓度混合调节式变量喷雾系统等方面展开综述,对几种不同方式的变量喷雾系统的特点和控制技术进行分析,指出几种喷雾系统在实际应用中的存在的问题和制约因素,提出研究中的改进和创新思路,为将来变量喷雾技术的研究提供参考。
Variable spray is one of the most important ways to apply medicine precisely,and the control methods of variable spray systems is the decisive stage for precise variable sprays. This paper intends to make a comprehensive review from the liquid-based pressure-regulated variable spray system, the liquid-based flow-regulated variable spray system, the chemical-liquid concentration mixed-regulated variable spray system, This paper focus on the principles of several spray control methods and aim to improve and innovate them during the process of development. The characteristics and control techniques of different types of variable spray systems will be analyzed and summarized, meanwhile the application of spray systems main constraints will be pointed out. And it also discuss the variable spray systems existing problems and their development trends.
