摘要
针对AP1000核电站大径厚壁不锈钢管道的焊接特点,进行焊接性分析和焊接工艺研究,有效防止焊接过程中出现晶间腐蚀、热裂纹、应力腐蚀开裂等焊接裂纹缺陷的产生,从而提高不锈钢管道的焊接质量,为核电站安全运行提供保障。
Welding characteristics of large diameter and thick wall stainless steel pipeline in AP1000 nuclear power station, conduct weldability analysis and welding process research. Effectively prevent the occurrence of intergranular corrosion, hot crack, stress corrosion crack and other welding crack defects in the welding process. So as to improve the welding quality of stainless steel pipeline, Providing guarantee for safe operation of nuclear power plan.
