摘要
目的:探究散装、小包装及中药配方颗粒中药饮片的优缺点。方法:选取2018年1~2月我院门诊186例患者,发放调查问卷分析比较散装、小包装及中药配方颗粒中药饮片的优缺点。结果:小包装中药饮片的安全性及有效性均高于中药配方颗粒及散装中药饮片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药配方颗粒的经济性及简便性显著高于小包装中药饮片及散装中药饮片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);散装、小包装中药饮片的教育学优于中药配方颗粒,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三种调配方式各有利弊,在实际使用时,应做到相互补充。
Objective:To explore the advantages and disadvantages of bulk,small package and traditional Chinese medicine prescription granules. Methods:186 outpatients from January 2018 to February 2018 were selected and questionnaires were given to analyze and compare the advantages and disadvantages of bulk,small package and traditional Chinese medicine granules. Results:The safety and effectiveness of small packaged Chinese herbal decoction pieces were higher than those of traditional Chinese medicine prescription granules and bulk Chinese herbal decoction pieces,with statistical significance(P <0.05);the economy and simplicity of traditional Chinese medicine prescription granules were significantly higher than those of small packaged Chinese herbal decoction pieces and bulk Chinese herbal decoction pieces,with statistical significance(P <0.05);the education of bulk and small packaged Chinese herbal decoction pieces was superior to that of traditional Chinese medicine prescription granules,with poor The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:The three dispensing methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. In practical use,they should complement each other and promote the continuous development of traditional Chinese medicine.
