摘要
目的观察品管圈管理在培训护士综合素质提升中的应用效果.方法本研究纳入我市三所三甲医院的208名培训护士,并以2016年5月至2018年4月作为研究时间,2016年5月至2017年4月为品管圈管理前研究时间,2017年5月至2018年4月为品管圈管理后研究时间.分析品管圈管理前、后培训护士职业素质评分及患者对培训护士的护理满意度.结果与品管圈管理前比较,培训护士品管圈管理后的临床操作规范、基础理论考试、服务态度、消毒隔离、危重症护理、健康宣教、护理文书书写、病区管理、交接班制度、急救物品管理及分级护理等素质评分均显著提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).品管圈管理后,非常满意患者占比显著高于品管圈管理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论品管圈管理能够有效提升培训护士的职业素质,提高患者对培训护士的护理满意度,对临床培训护士的教学培养具有一定的指导价值,可在今后的临床护理工作中大力推广及应用.
Objective To observe the application effect of quality control circle management in improving comprehensive quality of training nurses. Methods Two hundred and eight training nurses from three top three hospitals in our city were included in this study. The total study time was from May 2016 to April 2018. The study time before quality control circle management was from May 2016 to April 2017. The study time after quality control circle management was from May 2017 to April 2018. The scores of the professional quality of the training nurses and the patients’ satisfaction with the training nurses before and after the quality control circle management were analyzed. Results Compared with those before quality control circle management, the scores of clinical operation standard, basic theoretical examination, service attitude, disinfection and isolation, critical care, health education, nursing document writing, ward management, shift system, first-aid goods management and grading nursing of training nurses after quality control circle management significantly improved, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). After quality control circle management, the proportion of very satisfied patients was significantly higher than that before the quality control circle management, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The quality control circle management can significantly improve the professional quality of the training nurses and the patients’ satisfaction with training nurses, and has certain guiding value for the teaching and training of clinical training nurses, which can be vigorously popularized and applied in the clinical nursing work.
