摘要
[目的]研究多效唑浸种处理对谷子幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。[方法]以谷子品种“晋谷21号”为试验材料,采用不同浓度(15、30、45 mg/L)的多效唑浸种处理,调查谷子幼苗植株高度变化,并对叶片叶绿素含量和过氧化物酶活性等生理指标进行测定。[结果]多效唑浸种处理可显著降低谷子幼苗植株高度,随着多效唑浓度的增加株高显著降低,45 mg/L多效唑浸种处理的株高最低;多效唑浸种处理显著提高谷子幼苗叶片中SOD和POD活性,显著降低MDA浓度。30 mg/L多效唑浸种处理晋谷21号幼苗叶片过氧化物酶活性的提高及MDA含量的降低效果最好;多效唑浸种处理增加叶绿素、叶绿素a和叶绿素b的含量。[结论]30 mg/L多效唑浸种处理的谷子幼苗生长和生理特性效果最佳。
[Objective]To study the effects of soaking with paclobutrazol on germination and physiological properties of Setaria italica at seedling stage.[Method]With“Jingu 21”as the test material,we investigated the effects of paclobutrazol treatment at different concentrations(15,30,45 mg/L)on the plant height,chlorophyll content and antioxidant enzymes of Setaria italica.[Result]Paclobutrazol treatment could significantly reduce the seedling height of Setaria italica.With the increase of paclobutrazol concentration,the plant height reduced significantly.Plant height was the minimum under 45 mg/L paclobutrazol treatment.Paclobutrazol treatment could significantly enhance the SOD and POD activities,and reduce the MDA concentration in seedling leaves of Setaria italica.30 mg/L paclobutrazol treatment showed the optimal effects on enhancing the peroxidase activity and reducing the MDA content.Paclobutrazol treatment could significantly enhance the contents of chlorophyll,chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b.[Conclusion]30 mg/L paclobutrazol treatment showed the optimal impacts on seedling growth and seed germination of Setaria italica.
