摘要
为了实现建筑施工安全管理评价的定量化,提高安全管理措施的针对性,通过文献分析对合肥市某项目施工安全管理内容进行了界定,构建了以“安全管理相关制度”、“安全技术相关管理”、“施工机械设备管理”、“现场作业安全管理”为准则层的层次结构模型,并利用层次分析法对各层判断矩阵进行分析计算,以一致性检验结果判断结构模型的合理性,并对各准则层影响因素重要程度进行排序,实现了对建筑施工安全管理评价的定量计算。结果表明安全管理制度对合肥市某项目建设工程施工二标段施工安全管理水平起主要影响因素,因素权重值为0.5194,成果可供建筑施工企业制定针对性安全管理措施提供参考。
In order to realize the quantification of construction safety management evaluation and improve the pertinence of safety management measures,the construction safety management content of a project in Hefei city was defined through literature analysis,and the“safety management related system”and“safety technology related management”were constructed."."Construction machinery and equipment management"and"on-site operation safety management"are the hierarchical structure model of the criterion layer.The analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze and calculate the judgment matrix of each layer,and the rationality of the structural model is judged by the consistency test result.The importance degree of the influencing factors of each criterion layer is sorted,and the quantitative calculation of the safety management evaluation of building construction is realized.The results show that the safety management system plays a major influencing factor on the construction safety management level of the second tender section of a project construction project in Hefei city.The factor weight value is 0.5194.The results can provide reference for the construction enterprises to develop targeted safety management measures.
