摘要
目的探讨微创钢板内固定术治疗创伤性尺骨骨折的效果。方法选取2016年9月~2018年9月我院收治的48例创伤性尺骨骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各24例。对照组患者采用切开复位钢板内固定术的手术方案,观察组患者采用微创钢板内固定术的手术方案。比较两组患者术后住院时间、骨折愈合时间、治疗总有效率及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组患者术后住院时间[(7.43±1.39)d]、骨折愈合时间[(74.15±14.80)d]均短于对照组[(12.78±2.85)、(109.37±23.12)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率(91.67%)高于对照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症总发生率(12.50%)低于对照组(37.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创钢板内固定治疗创伤性尺骨骨折临床价值高,可以加快骨折愈合,提高治疗总有效率,减少并发症的发生率,改善预后,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive plate internal fixation on traumatic ulna fracture.Methods From September 2016 to September 2018,48 patients with traumatic ulna fracture admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 24 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with open reduction and plate internal fixation,while patients in the observation group were treated with minimally invasive plate internal fixation.The hospital stay of postoperative,fracture healing time,total effective rate of treatment and incidence complications were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative hospital stay([7.43±1.39]d)and fracture healing time[(74.15±14.80)d]in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group([12.78±2.85]and[109.37±23.12]d),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the observation group(91.67%)was higher than that in the control group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(12.50%)was lower than that in the control group(37.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive plate internal fixation for traumatic ulna fracture has high clinical value,can accelerate fracture healing,improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the incidence of complications,improve prognosis,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
