摘要 采用湿法浸渍法制备了Cu/AC催化剂,并用于催化活化过硫酸氢钾(PMS)降解处理罗丹明B废水。采用X射线衍射(XRD)和电子显微镜(SEM)表征所制备的催化剂。结果表明,活性炭载体可有效抑制CuO的聚集。同时,Cu/AC由于较大的比表面积和氧化铜较均匀的分布在表面,其催化活性明显高于纯CuO。此外,还研究了反应过程中各操作参数的影响,如溶液的pH值,PMS投加量,铜负载量和初始罗丹明B浓度。最后研究了Cu/AC催化剂的稳定性,结果表明催化剂经过几轮的重复使用仍保持了较高的催化活性,30 min后脱色率仍超过96%。 In this study,Cu/AC catalyst was prepared by wet impregnation method and used for the activation of peroxymonosulfate(PMS)and the subsequent decolorization of Rhodamine B(RhB).The characteristics of the catalyst was determined by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that,activated carbon(AC)could effectively restrain the aggregation of CuO.The catalytic activity of Cu/AC was significantly higher than that of pure CuO due to its large surface area and evenly distributed CuO on the surface.Furthermore,effects of several operational parameters,such as pH value of solution,PMS amount,copper load,and initial RhB concentration on the decolorization efficiency were investigated in detail.Finally,the stability of the Cu/AC catalyst was studied.The results showed that the catalyst maintained high catalytic activity after several rounds of regeneration.The decolorization rate still exceeds 96%after 30 minutes.
