摘要
目的探讨基于保护动机理论的健康教育对乳腺癌患者术后功能恢复的依从性和效果。方法选取2017年2月至2019年2月间辽宁省营口市中心医院收治的87例择期乳腺癌手术治疗患者的住院资料,根据护理方法的不同分组。其中,采用基于保护动机理论健康教育模式的44例患者纳入研究组,采用常规护理的43例患者纳入对照组。比较两组患者接受不同护理模式后,功能恢复依从性和肩关节功能恢复效果。结果研究组患者术后功能锻炼依从性为95.5%,高于对照组患者的83.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者肩关节功能恢复效果均优于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者实施基于保护动机理论的健康教育模式,可有效增强患者术后功能恢复依从性,逐渐增强患者肩关节功能恢复效果,具有临床研究价值。
Objective To study the compliance with and efficacy in functional recovery in patients with breast cancer after operation based on protective motivation theory.Methods From February 2017 to February 2019,87 patients with elective precudure for breast cancer who adimitted to Yingkou Central Hospital were selected and were randomly divided into a study group(44 patients)and a control group(43 patients).The study group received health education based on the theory of protection motivation and the control group received routine nursing.The compliance with functional recovery and the shoulder function recovery were compared between the two groups after receiving different care.Results The rate of compliance to functional exercises was 95.5%in the study group which was higher than 83.7%of the control group(P<0.05).Function recovery of shoulder joint was better in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Health education model based on protective motivation theory can effectively enhance the compliance to postoperative functional recovery,and gradually enhance the recovery efficacy of shoulder function in patients with breast cancer,which is of clinical significance.
