摘要
研发一种采用竞争性免疫法检测水中草甘膦的自动检测系统。该系统包括定量进样、清洗、反应/检测、系统控制等模块。采用微流芯片、微量注射泵进行各种试剂的定量,避免交叉污染,采用三维运动机械臂进行各个加样位点的精确定位及加样,并与酶联免疫检测方法结合,设计得到一种能够自动检测水中草甘膦含量的仪器。仪器检测精密度为9.6%,检出限为0.078μg/L.用该仪器对实际水样进行对比测试,测试结果与标准方法相比,其相对误差在±16%以内。该仪器具有检测灵敏度高,试剂用量少,操作简单等优点。
An automatic detection system with competitive immunoassay method for glyphosate in water was developed.The system includes modules of quantitative sampling,cleaning,reaction,detection and control system.Microfluidic chip and micro-injection pump were used to quantify various reagents to avoid cross-contamination.Threedimensional moving manipulator was used to precisely locate and add samples at each sampling site.Combining with ELISA,an instrument was designed to automatically detect glyphosate in water.The precision of the instrument is 9.6%,the detection limit was 0.078μg/L,and the relative error between the instrument test results and the standard method test results was within±16%.The detection has the advantages of high sensitivity,less reagent dosage and simple operation.
