摘要
目的分析链格孢菌在重庆地区致敏率,以及在性别、年龄、季节间的流行病学特点。方法分析2014年9月至2017年8月在重庆市人民医院过敏反应科接受吸入组过敏原皮肤点刺试验(SPT)的可疑过敏性疾病患者数据。结果重庆地区常见气传真菌的总阳性率为9.80%(377/3845),其中面包酵母菌为4.45%(171/3845)、链格孢菌为2.24%(86/3845)、枝状枝孢菌为1.69%(65/3845)、青霉菌为1.43%(55/3845),链格孢菌的致敏人数占总真菌致敏人数的22.81%。链格孢菌致敏率在性别间比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.234,P=0.629),随年龄增加而下降(χ^2=20.132,P=0.000),在夏、春、秋、冬依序递减(χ^2=15.860,P=0.001)。其阳性等级分布为53例(++),27例(+++),4例(++++)。结论链格孢菌是重庆地区重要的气传优势真菌,常引起各种过敏反应,在临床工作中应根据其致敏特点进行有效诊疗和预防。
Objective To analyze the sensitization rate of Alternaria alternata in Chongqing area and its epidemiological characteristics in the gender,age and season.Methods The data of the patients with suspected allergic disease receiving the allergen skin prick test(SPT)in the allergic reaction department of Chongqing People′s Hospital from September 2014 to August 2017 were analyzed.Results The total positive rate of common airborne fungi in Chongqing area was 9.80%(377/3845),in which baker′s yeast accounted for 4.45%(171/3845),Alternaria alternate for 2.24%(86/3845),Cladosporium for 1.69%(65/3845)and Penicillium for 1.43%(55/3845).The sensitization of Alternaria alternate is 22.81%of the total fungal sensitization.The sensitization rate of alternaria alternate had no obvious difference between the genders(χ^2=0.234,P=0.629),which was decreased with the age increase(χ^2=20.132,P=0.000),and decreased progressively in order of summer,spring,autumn and winter(χ^2=15.860,P=0.001).Its positive grades distributions were 53 cases(++),27 cases(+++)and 4 cases(++++).Conclusion Alternaria alternata is the important airborne fungus in Chongqing area,usually causes various allergic reactions,so the effective diagnosis,treatment and prevention should be conducted according to its sensitization characteristics in clinical work.
