摘要
目的观察无创呼吸机在肺心病并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭治疗的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年2月平邑县人民医院收治的120例肺心病并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成两组,每组60例。对照组患者实行常规吸氧治疗,观察组患者实行无创呼吸机治疗,对比两组患者的临床指标和治疗结果。结果经积极治疗后,观察组血氧张力(87.89±8.42)mm Hg、酸碱度(7.28±0.08)%、二氧化碳(63.12±6.28)mm Hg、呼吸频率(26.12±3.67)次/min,平均动脉压(115.2±15.1)mm Hg,对照组分别为(80.13±7.26)mm Hg、(7.19±0.02)%、(70.31±7.14)mm Hg、(28.59±6.27)次/min、(129.1±21.2)mm Hg,观察组以上指标显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺心病并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭实行无创呼吸机医治疗可以消除患者吸气时肺部回缩力,避免出现气道气压伤及肺部,有助于及时排出二氧化碳,效果显著。
Objective To observed the effect of noninvasive ventilators in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure.Methods A total of 120 patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure admitted to the People's Hospital of Pingyi County from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups by random number table,60 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was treated with conventional oxygen therapy,and the patients in the observation group were treated with non-invasive ventilator.The clinical indicators and treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the blood oxygen tension was(87.89±8.42),pH(7.28±0.08),carbon dioxide(63.12±6.28),respiratory rate(26.12±3.67)and mean arterial pressure(115.2±15.1)in the observation group,while those in the control group were 80.13±7.26,7.19±0.02,70.31±7.14,28.59±6.27,129.1±21.2,respectively,the observation group was superior to the control group in terms of the above indexes,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive ventilator treatment for pulmonary heart disease complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure can eliminate the lung retraction force during inhalation,avoid airway pressure injury and lungs,and help to discharge carbon dioxide in time.The effect is significant.
