摘要
目的探讨鼻咽癌患者在放疗过程中营养支持对患者急性反应、生存质量和生存结局等的重要性。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、Medline、万方(WANFANG)、中国生物医学文献数据库等,并且以文献追溯和手工检索为辅助方法搜索未发表的学位论文、会议专题论文等。应用STATA12.0软件进行处理和分析。结果鼻咽癌患者放疗营养干预组的肱三头肌皮皱厚度、体质量及营养风险发生率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌患者在早期进行营养干预能提高营养指标,增高敏感性,改善放疗疗效,从而提高患者生存与改善患者预后。
Objective To investigate the importance of nutritional support in alleviating acute response of radiation therapy and improving survival and therapeutic effect in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during radiotherapy.Methods CNKI,Medline,WANFANG and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,etc.were searched,and unpublished academic papers and conference papers were searched with the aid of document tracing and manual retrieval.STATA 12.0 software was used for processing and analysis.Results TThere was statistic significance differences in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients between nutritional support group and control group in the thickness of triceps brachii skin wrinkle body mass,and incidence rate of nutritional risk(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nutritional intervention in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma can improve the nutritional index,sensitivity and radiotherapy efficacy,so as to improve survival and prognosis of patients.
