摘要
目的观察在腹部外科手术中实施保温处理预防术中低体温的效果。方法选取湖北省荆门市第一人民医院腹部外科手术患者64例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各组32例,分别实施常规术中干预与保温护理干预,观察两组术中体温变化与低体温发生率。结果观察组麻醉后30 min、1 h以及术毕体温均高于入室(P<0.05);观察组术中低体温发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论保温护理可降低腹部外科手术患者术中低体温。
Objective To observe the preventive effect of heat preservation on low body temperature during abdominal surgery.Methods Sixty-four patients undergoing abdominal surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,32 cases in each group.The control group were given routine intraoperative intervention and the observation group were given heat preservation nursing intervention.The changes of body temperature and the incidence of hypothermia in the two groups were observed.Results The body temperature of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group 30 min,1 h after anesthesia,and after operation(P<0.05).the incidence of hypothermia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thermal insulation nursing can reduce intraoperative hypothermia in patients undergoing abdominal surgery.
