摘要
相比于旧一代农民工务工群体,新生代农民工在参与城市建设的过程中更加注重物质生活需求、精神需求的双重实现。现阶段新生代农民工在城市工作与生活中的幸福指数较低,主要面临工作压力大、薪酬低、社会保障难以得到实现等问题。探讨新生代农民工主观幸福感的影响因素,对解决新生代农民工幸福感低的问题有现实意义。
Compared with the old generation of migrant workers,the new generation of migrant workers pays more attention to the dual realization of material life needs and spiritual needs in the process of participating in urban construction.At this stage,the new generation of migrant workers has a low happiness index in urban work and life,mainly facing problems such as high work pressure,low salary,and difficulty in realizing social security.Exploring the influencing factors of the subjective well-being of the new generation of migrant workers and analyzing them will be of great help to solve the problem of low happiness of the new generation of migrant workers.
