摘要 针对某大型空间相机研制任务,基于力学性能的需求,对光学系统的柔性支撑进行了设计。设计了一种由六根柔性杆件组成的柔性支撑结构,以满足刚度、强度及柔性等各项要求。设计及分析结果表明,该柔性支撑结构对光学系统具有较为良好的支撑能力,满足基频大于15 Hz、强度满足要求且留有6倍安全余量。通过对柔性缩颈长度的设计,使得该柔性支撑结构具有一定的适应变形能力,且通过仿真分析表明,该支撑结构具有10倍的变形衰减能力。 According to the development of a large-scale space camera,the flexible supports of the optical system was designed based on the requirement of mechanical properties.A flexible support structure composed of six flexible members is designed to keep the requirements of stiffness,strength and flexibility.Analysis results demonstrate that the flexible support structure has an effective supporting capacity for the optical system,keeping the fundamental frequency of more than 15Hz,the requirements of strength and leaving a safety margin of 6 times.Through the design of flexible neck length,the flexible support has a certain ability to adapt to the deformation,the simulation analysis results show that the support structure has 10 times of deformation attenuation ability.
