摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基二甲基十二烷基溴化铵(AQ12)和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTEO)为原料,采用水溶液自由基聚合法合成了ASQV系列四元丙烯酰胺共聚物,通过正交实验确定合成的最佳反应条件,利用FTIR对合成的聚合物进行表征,考察了ASQV系列四元丙烯酰胺共聚物溶液的性质。实验结果表明,合成ASQV系列四元丙烯酰胺共聚物的最佳反应条件为:反应温度为10℃,引发剂浓度为0.05%(x),单体质量浓度为25%(w),n(AM)∶n(AMPS)∶n(AQ12)∶n(VTEO)=95∶3∶1∶4,最佳的pH为7,在此条件下合成的ASQV系列四元丙烯酰胺共聚物具有一定的耐盐性和抗温性能。
Quaternary acrylamide copolymers of ASQV series were synthesized by free radical polymerization in aqueous solution with acrylamide(AM),2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS),dimethyldodecyl(2-acrylamidoethyl) ammonium bromide(AQ12) and vinyl triethoxysilane(VTEO) as raw materials. The optimal reaction conditions for synthesis were determined by orthogonal experiments. Characterization of synthetic polymers by FTIR,and the solutions properties of the quaternary acrylamide copolymers of ASQV series were investigated. Experimental results show that the optimal reaction conditions for the synthesis of quaternary acrylamide copolymers of ASQV series are as follows:reaction temperature 10 ℃,initiator concentration 0.05%(x),the monomer mass concentration 25%(w),n(AM) ∶ n(AMPS) ∶ n(AQ12) ∶ n(VTEO)=95 ∶ 3 ∶ 1 ∶ 4,and the best pH 7. The quaternary acrylamide copolymers of ASQV series synthesized under these conditions have certain salt tolerance and temperature resistance.
