摘要
在实际运行过程中刮板机的刮板及刮板链承受的力为脉动力,存在着严重的压力波动问题,如何保证刮板机机尾链条张力的精准调节和安全锁紧是刮板输送机安全平稳运行的关键问题。论文对刮板输送机刮板链张力的自动调节和安全锁紧技术进行了研究,开发了一套刮板输送机机尾链条张力自动调节系统,并进行了现场应用。结果表明:该系统既可以根据刮板输送机的负载对链条的张力进行自适应调节,又可以精确的实现张紧到位后的自动锁紧,极大地提高了刮板输送机的运行可靠性。
In actual situation,the force of the scraper and scraper chain of scraper conveyor is the pulse force,and there is severe pressure fluctuation during the working process. Key solution to the safe and stable operation of scraper conveyor is to ensure the accurate adjustment of tail chain tension and the safe locking of the scraper conveyor under the above conditions.The automatic adjustment and safety locking technology of scraper conveyor chain tension are studied in this paper. A chain tension automatic adjustment system for tail of scraper conveyor has been studied,which can automatically adjust scraper chain tension of scraper conveyor and can also be locked automatically. The system is applied in the coal mining process and the results show that the system can not only automatically adjust the tension of the chain and make it adapt to the load of scraper conveyor,but also accurately realize the automatic locking after the tension is completed. This system can help to improve the operational reliability of scraper conveyor obviously.
