摘要
本文以陕西理工大学生物科学与工程学院食品质量与安全专业食品生物技术课程的教学为例,对教学中存在的若干问题进行探索,分别从课程特点、学生学习、大纲设计、教学及考核方式等五个方面对教学中遇到的问题进行分析,并提出了改进措施,从而实现提高教学质量、优化教学的目的。
Taking the teaching of food biotechnology for food quality and safety specialty in college of biological science and engineering of Shaanxi university of technology as an example,this paper explores some problems in our teaching.The problems encountered in teaching are analyzed from five aspects:course characteristics,student learning,syllabus design,teaching and assessment methods,and then,the improvement measures are provided and put forward to achieve the goal of improving teaching quality and optimizing teaching.
