摘要
为探讨直肠黏膜梯级结扎加括约肌松解术治疗直肠前突的临床疗效,将30例重度直肠前突患者采用直肠黏膜梯级结扎加肛门后正中括约肌松解术治疗,观察术后疗效,症状积分情况。结果显示,临床治愈21例,显效6例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率为96.6%;患者术后排便费力程度、排便时间、排便不尽感均较术前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,直肠黏膜梯级结扎加括约肌松解术治疗直肠前突疗效确切,能明显改善患者排便功能,值得临床推广应用。
This study was to investigate the clinical effect of a combined procedure(rectal mucosa step ligation plus sphincter lysis)in the treatment of recotcele;30 cases of rectocele were enrolled and received this combined procedure,then their postoperative effect and the score rating on symptoms were observed and estimated.As results,21 cases was cured,6 were of excellent response,2 of response,1 of non-response,thus total effective rate was 96.6%;compared with preoperative situation(including dyschesia degree,the lasting time and reequent urge of bowel movement)after operation all got significantly improved,there was statistical difference(P <0.05).Results show that above combined procedure for rectocele has certain effect,and can significantly improve patients’ defecation function.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
