摘要
目的合理设定产科抗菌药物应用控制指标,促进抗菌药物规范化应用。方法回顾性抽取徐州市肿瘤医院产科2018年一季度的出院患者病历进行抗菌药物医嘱点评,并对不合理医嘱进行理想化修正,统计修正前后的住院患者抗菌药物使用率和抗菌药物使用强度。结果修正前,产科实际抗菌药物使用率为80.77%,抗菌药物使用强度为18.40用药频度(DDDs)/百人天。经理想化修正后抗菌药物使用率为50.77%,抗菌药物使用强度为9.19 DDDs/百人天,其中会阴侧切术不合理使用抗菌药物对上述指标变化的影响最大。结论利用抗菌药物医嘱点评,理想化修正不合理抗菌药物医嘱,能够指导抗菌药物临床应用控制指标的合理设定,提高抗菌药物科学化管理成效。
Objective To determine reasonable control indicator of obstetric antimicrobial agents,so as to promote the standard application of antibacterial agents.Methods Medical records of obstetric patients from January to March,2018 in Xuzhou Cancer Hospital were retrospectively selected for prescription comments on antimicrobial drug use,and unreasonable prescriptions were ideally corrected.The rate and intensity of antibacterial drug use before and after correc?tion were statistically analyzed.Results The rate and intensity of obstetric antibacterial drug use were 80.77%and 18.40 defined daily doses(DDDs)in 100 persons in one day before correction,and 50.77%and 9.19 DDDs in 100 persons in one day after correction.The unreasonable use of antibacterial drug in the episiotomy was the biggest factor for the change of antimicrobial control indicators.Conclusions Antibiotic prescription comments and ideally corrections can faciliate the determination of the control indicators of obstetric antibacterial agents and improve the scientific management of antibacterial drugs.
