摘要
社会经济的发展和基础设施是有着十分紧密的联系的,基础设施不仅仅是促进社会经济发展的物质基础,也是社会成员自我发展当中的一种基本物质保障。2018年,中央一号文件顺利出台,文件中明确指出,在推动农村公共基础设施发展的过程中,必须把升级农村公共基础设施放在第一位,从而使农村公共基础设施的建设成功迈入了全新的发展阶段。随着现代社会的发展,农村公共基础设施的良好供给是目前农村发展的前提,也是国家一直重视的事项,因此本文从新时代农村环境入手,对现阶段农村公共基础设施供给存在的问题展开探究,寻找出农村基础社会供给中的问题、原因以及解决对策,以期为我国农村公共基础设施供给制度的建立提供参考,促使城乡一体化朝着更快更好的方向前进。
There is close relation between social economic development and infrastructure,the infrastructure not only provides a material basis for social economic development but also a basic material requirement of social members.In 2018,the central government issued its No#1 document,and it clearly states its first goal is to upgrade public infrastructure in rural region during the infrastructure development to help them into a new development phase.With the modern society development,its good supply is a pre-requirement of rural development,and is an issue that the State pays much attention to.The article studies those problems underlying infrastructure supply in rural area from the respective of new era rural environment,tries to find the problems,causes and solutions.All these will present a policy reference and promote the integration of urban and rural area.
