摘要
目的 探讨胆源性胰腺炎应用内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)治疗的综合效果.方法 选择本院2015年6月—2018年6月收治的胆源性胰腺炎患者80例进行分组研究,按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例.对照组予以胆总管切开取石术治疗,观察组则予以ERCP术治疗.记录两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间,评价临床效果,检测术前与术后血生化指标,并比较.结果观察组总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术中出血量与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术前AMYL、TBIL、ALT、CRP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 ERCP 术应用在胆源性胰腺炎中,相比传统手术可提高预后,缩短术后康复时间,同时可更好地改善血生化指标.
Objective To investigate the comprehensive effect of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)in biliary pancreatitis.Methods Eighty patients with biliary pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with common bile duct incision and stone removal,and the observation group was treated with ERCP.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and hospitalization time of the two groups were recorded,the clinical effects were evaluated,and the blood biochemical indexes before and after the operation were detected and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the operation group(P>0.05).The time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in preoperative AMYL,TBIL,ALT and CRP between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ERCP is used in biliary pancreatitis,which can improve the prognosis,shorten the postoperative recovery time,and improve the blood biochemical index.It is worthy of application.
