摘要
学术出版的价值与意义主要表现在以下三方面。一是学术出版是人类学术成果记录、传播与共享的重要渠道:不同时代的学术出版活动记录了人类文化悠久绵长的历史,学术出版的目的是传播学术,学术出版为成果共享提供了可能。二是学术出版是认可学术成果、展开学术争鸣、推动学术创新的重要平台:学术研究是一个不断革故鼎新、自我突破、追求真理的过程,学术出版是对学术研究成果对象有目的的选择,学术出版为学术争鸣提供支持与条件,学术出版是推动学术创新的重要平台。三是学术出版是学术与出版的有机结合、互补与共赢的纽带。
The article argues that the value and significance of scholarly publishing is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:firstly,scholarly publishing is an important channel for the recording,dissemination and sharing of human scholarly achievements.Different eras’scholarly publishing activities recorded the long and long history of human culture.The purpose of scholarly publishing is to spread academics and scholarly publishing offers the possibility of sharing results.Secondly,it is an important platform for recognizing scholarly achievements,driving scholarly debate and promoting scholarly innovation.Scholarly research is a process of continuous innovation,self-breakthrough,and pursuit of truth.Scholarly publishing is a purposeful choice for scholarly research results.Scholarly publishing provides support and conditions for scholarly contention.Scholarly publishing is an important platform for promoting scholarly innovation.Thirdly,it is also the link which organically bonds between scholarship and publishing which are complementary and win-win.
