摘要
目的探讨胃、十二指肠出血应用消化内镜的临床效果、副反应情况。方法选取2017年1月~2019年1月本院诊治70例胃、十二指肠出血患者资料,按随机数字表法分两组,每组35例,对照组予常规方案,研究组予消化内镜方案,分析两组临床效果、副反应及生活质量情况。结果治疗后,研究组总有效97.14%较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组再出血、贫血、疼痛等较对照组少(P<0.05);且研究组心理健康(93.06±4.68)分、社会功能(92.58±3.92)分、生理功能(94.56±5.74)分、躯体疼痛等质量评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论胃、十二指肠出血应用消化内镜治疗,能有效提高患者效果,降低副反应,并提高其生活质量,具一定临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical curative effects and side effects of digestive endoscopy for gastroduodenal hemorrhage.Methods Data of 70 patients with gastroduodenal hemorrhage who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected.According to the random number table,they were divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine regimen while the study group was given digestive endoscopy regimen.The clinical curative effects,side effects and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 97.14%,higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Rebleeding,anemia and pain of the study group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of mental health(93.06±4.68),social function(92.58±3.92),physiological function(94.56±5.74)and physical pain in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gastroduodenal hemorrhage treated with digestive endoscopy can effectively improve the curative effects of patients.It can reduce side effects and improve their quality of life,which has certain clinical application values.
