摘要
近年来,农业是俄罗斯唯一没有受到危机和停滞影响的经济部门,农业的快速发展为整个行业带来了丰厚的利润,也成为拉动经济增长的重要因素。俄罗斯政府也不断出台推动农业发展的新举措,在保障国内粮食安全的基础上,减少进口,提高出口。中俄毗邻地区是两国开展农业合作的潜在地区之一,应该对如何加强合作进行思考。
In recent years,agriculture is the only economic sector in Russia that has not been affected by economic crisis and stagnation.The rapid development of agriculture has brought huge profits to the whole industry,and has also become an important factor in promoting economic growth.The Russian government has also constantly introduced new measures to promote agricultural development,reducing imports and increasing exports on the basis of ensuring domestic food security.The adjacent areas of China and Russia are one of the potential areas for the two countries to carry out agricultural cooperation.To strengthen the cooperation is a valuable research issue.
