摘要
煤矿生产过程中的安全管理工作是中国安全生产工作的重点之一。在露天煤矿施工中有不少外委施工单位,外委施工单位的存在不仅能够解决企业基建初期资金紧张、人员不足的问题,还能大大降低自身的生产建设成本。但外委施工单位施工过程中的安全工作不可忽视,只有良好的安全环境才能给企业带来应有的经济和社会效益。论文阐述了露天煤矿外委施工单位的主要特征,提出了露天煤矿外委施工单位安全管理的主要措施。
Safety management in coal mine production process is one of the emphases of safety production in China.In the construction of openpit coal mine,there are many outsourced construction units.The existence of outsourced construction units can not only solve the problems of capital shortage and insufficient personnel in the initial stage of enterprise infrastructure construction,but also greatly reduce their own production and construction costs.However,the safety work in the construction process of the outsourced construction unit cannot be ignored.Only a good safety environment canbring due economic and social benefits to the enterprise.This paper expounds the main characteristics of the construction units of opencast coal mine,and puts forward the main measures for safety management of the units of opencast coal mine.
