为了使受众能更加快速有效的接收公益信息。通过分析研究新媒体环境下公益广告的新特征、存在的新问题,提出公益广告的创作者应当更加关注新媒体链接下的媒介创新,技术创新,内容创新,寻找大众最为关注的公益热点。展现新时代公益广告的新风貌。为新时代中国公益广告的创意新思维与有效传播,提供更多的理论依据。
