摘要
民宿产业是近年来崛起的阳光产业之一,杭州城中村民宿改造模式是基于地方特征的村落改造方式,就杭州青芝坞白乐桥两处城中村的民宿改造状况,通过实地调研,对村落改造要素进行分析,归纳不同民宿定位下的规划和建筑的不同改造手法,并且结合实际提出对比评价与建议。
Residential housing industry is one of the rising sunshine industries in recent years.The transformation mode of residential housing in Hangzhou urban villages is a village transformation mode based on local characteristics.In this paper,we focus on the transformation of two residential quarters include Baile Bridge and Qingzhiwu in Hangzhou.Through field research,we analyze their transformation elements,summarize the different transformation methods of buildings under different orientations of residential quarters,and give evaluation and suggestions through comparison and combining with reality.
