摘要
由于含氟表面活性剂具有较长的氟碳链,难以降解,实验采用两种不含氟的碳氢表面活性剂复配,同时也添加3种辅助添加剂,配置出3%型水成膜泡沫灭火剂,并对其性能进行测试,结果表明:新配制出的水成膜泡沫灭火剂表面张力降低到了20.85 mN/m、发泡倍数达到了6.4倍,25%析液时间为4.1 min、在丙酮上的稳泡时间为5.8 min、灭火时间为0.18 min,各项性能指标均能达到国家标准,是一种环境友好型的水成膜泡沫灭火剂。
Fluorine-containing surfactants have long fluorocarbon chain,so it is difficult to be degraded.In this experiment,two kinds of fluorine-free hydrocarbon surfactants and three kinds of auxiliary additives are used to prepare 3%water film foam extinguishing agent and their properties were tested.The results show that,the surface tension of the newly prepared water film foam extinguishing agent is reduced to 20.85 mN/m,the foaming multiple is 6.4 times,and the time of 25%liquidating is 4.1 min,the time of stabilizing foam on ketone is 5.8 min and the time of extinguishing fire is 0.18 min.Each performance index can reach the national standard and it is a kind of environmental friendly water film forming foam extinguishing agent.
