摘要
中国与哈萨克斯坦的关系是邻国间友好关系的典范。“丝绸之路经济带”倡议作为中国提出的全球和平发展愿景,得到了哈萨克斯坦等国的坚定支持。五年间,中哈两国围绕共建“丝绸之路经济带”积极开展务实合作,挖掘合作潜能,加深利益融合和互利共赢。“丝绸之路经济带”与“光明大道”新经济政策的战略对接已取得显著成效,并已跨入深度融合、互促互进的新阶段。但未来中哈两国仍将面临众多共同的危机和挑战,双方应以务实的立场和包容的态度,通过具体项目在各领域开展全方位的合作,持续推动“丝绸之路经济带”与“光明大道”的协调对接,打造更为紧密的中哈利益共同体、命运共同体。
The relation between China and Kazakhstan is the model of friendly relations between neighboring countries.Kazakhstan and other countries firmly support the Silk Road Economic Belt Initiative launched by China as a vision of global peace and development.In the past five years,for constructing the Belt jointly,China and Kazakhstan have carried out pragmatic cooperation and sought more potential for cooperation to broaden benefit integration and win-win situation.The strategic connection of the Silk Road Economic Belt initiative with Future economic policy of“Bright Avenue”has made marked achievements and entered a new stage of deep integration and mutual promotion.Nevertheless,considering many challenges and risks to confront in the future,both sides should hold a practical and all-embracing attitude to enhance the articulation by developing comprehensive cooperation in various fields through specific projects and to forge a more closely-tied community of benefit and destiny.
