摘要
为实现建筑业低碳化发展,以建筑供应链为研究主体,从供应方、建设方、设计方、施工方、消费者、建筑供应链企业间、政府及社会共7个方面,找出影响建筑供应链低碳化水平的16个因素.而后利用DEMATELISM集成建模方法对影响因素逻辑关系进行分析.结果显示:低碳政策法规引导、低碳消费偏好及社会组织及媒体低碳宣传为本质致因;低碳施工管理、低碳建造及运营理念和低碳行为协同管理为过渡致因;低碳运输、低碳物业管理、低碳供应商及承包商选择、低碳设备供给等为表层致因.最后,根据研究结果提出构建低碳化建筑供应链的相关建议.
In order to realize low-carbon development in the construction industry,this paper takes the construction supply chain as research subject,and identifies 16 factors influencing the low carbonization of construction supply chain from seven aspects:the supplier,the owner,the designer,the constructor,the consumer,the construction supply chain enterprises and the government and society.Then the paper use the integrated modeling method of DEMATEL-ISM to analyze the logical relationship between the factors.The results show that the low-carbon policies and regulations guide,low-carbon consumption preferences,social organizations and low-carbon media publicity are the essential causes,the low carbon construction management,low carbon construction and operations philosophy and low carbon behavior collaborative management are transition causes,the low carbon transportation,low carbon property management,low carbon supplier and contractor selection,low carbon equipment supply,etc are surface causes.At last,according to the research,the paper puts up with suggestions on how to achieve the construction supply chain’s low carbonization.
