摘要
运用文献资料、访谈、逻辑分析等方法,对山西省橄榄球项目在后二青时代的可持续发展进行SWOT策略分析,并得出结论,二青会将给予山西省橄榄球一个广阔的平台,橄榄球事业的发展应主要依托这一平台的“机会(O)”维度和“威胁(T)”维度,从政策层面、场地优势、裁判员培养与升级、社会引导与推广及财政和社会方面得出了相关结论。
By using the methods of literature,interview and logical analysis,this paper makes SWOT strategy analysis on the sustainable development of Shanxi Rugby after The Second Youth Games of the People's Republic of China era,and draws a conclusion that the Erqing Youth Association will give Shanxi Rugby a broad platform,and the development of rugby career should mainly rely on the"opportunity(O)"dimension and"threat(T)"dimension of this platform,from the policy level.Relevant conclusions are put forward in terms of site advantages,training and upgrading of referees,social guidance and promotion,f inance and society.
