摘要
局灶性皮质发育不良(focal cortical dysplasia,FCD)是皮质发育畸形(malformation of cortical development,MCD)的一个特殊亚型,是大脑发育过程中神经元迁移、增殖和分化过程破坏的结果,导致区域皮质分层、神经元成熟和分化异常。FCD通常表现为药物难治性癫痫,是癫痫手术中最常见的皮质畸形类型。
