聚苯乙烯-丙烯酰胺的制备及对碱性橙的吸附评价 被引量:4

摘要 采用沉淀聚合法制备了聚苯乙烯-丙烯酰胺固相萃取材料。制作了固相萃取滤器,将碱性橙从其它人工合成黄色色素中分辨出来。对材料吸附色素的最适pH、吸附选择性、等温吸附及固相萃取滤器重复使用次数等方面进行了实验。结果表明:该材料在pH 6时对碱性橙的吸附效果最好;与日落黄和柠檬黄相比,对于碱性橙有一定的吸附选择性;相比聚苯乙烯和聚酰胺,聚苯乙烯-丙烯酰胺对碱性橙有更高的平衡吸附容量;聚苯乙烯-丙烯酰胺针头滤器使用20次对碱性橙的回收率依然很高,可重复多次使用。 Polystyrene-acrylamide solid phase extraction materials were prepared by precipitation polymerization.A solid phase extraction filter was made to distinguish alkaline orange from other synthetic yellow pigments.The optimum pH for adsorption of pigments,the selectivity of the material for adsorption of pigments,isothermal adsorption and the reused times of solid phase extraction filters were studied.The results showed that the material had the best adsorption effect for alkaline orange at pH 6.Comparing with sunset yellow and lemon yellow,it had better adsorption selectivity for alkaline orange.Polystyrene-acrylamide had higher equilibrium adsorption capacity for basic orange than polystyrene and polyamide.The recovery of the pigment was still very high when the polystyreneacrylamide needle filter could be used at least 20 times for adsorption of alkaline orange.
