摘要
目的探讨埃索美拉唑联合生长抑素对上消化道部位出血患者的临床治疗效果。方法方便选取该院2017年5月—2018年5月收治的100例上消化道部位出血患者,并按照数字表随机分组的方式把所有患者分为实验组与对照组,每组50例患者,对实验组采取用埃索美拉唑联合生长抑素治疗的方法,对对照组仅采取埃索美拉唑治疗方法,埃索美拉唑与生长抑素均采取静脉滴注方式给药。观察两组治疗效果及症状改善情况。结果接受埃索美拉唑联合生长抑素治疗方法的实验组患者,治疗有效率为96.00%,采用埃索美拉唑治疗的对照组治疗有效率为68.00%,实验组治疗有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.547,P=0.002),而且实验组症状改善情况明显要好于对照组。结论在对上消化道部位出血患者进行临床治疗的过程中,通过采取埃索美拉唑联合生长抑素的方法治疗可以显著提高患者的临床治疗有效率及总体治疗质量,患者症状改善良好,且具有较高的安全性,该种治疗方式值得临床上加大力度推广,同时相关治疗内容具有很大的临床应用与研究价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of esomeprazole combined with somatostatin on patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods Convenient selected one hundred patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled.All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the numerical table.50 patients in each group.The experimental group was treated with esomeprazole combined with somatostatin.The control group was only treated with esomeprazole.Both esomeprazole and somatostatin were administered by intravenous drip.Obeserved the treatment effect and symptom improvement of the two groups.Results In the experimental group receiving esomeprazole combined with somatostatin,the effective rate was 96.00%,and the effective rate of the control group treated with esomeprazole was 68.00%.The effective rate of the experimental group was excellent.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=11.547,P=0.002),and the improvement of symptoms in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion In the process of clinical treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,the treatment with esomeprazole combined with somatostatin can significantly improve the clinical treatment efficiency and overall treatment quality of patients,and the symptoms of patients are improved,and it has high safety.This kind of treatment is worthy of clinical promotion,and the related treatment content has great clinical application and research value.
