摘要
传统的蚕丝织物化学改性处理方法存在处理不均匀,环保和处理时间长等问题。文章提出采用均匀、快速和环保的微波改性方法处理蚕丝织物,研究了微波辐射时间和辐射功率对蚕丝织物化学结构、表面形态结构、微结构、断裂强力、断裂伸长率和白度等结构及性能的影响,揭示了不同的微波辐射条件与蚕丝织物结构和性能之间的变化规律。试验结果显示:蚕丝织物经微波改性处理后,断裂强力和断裂伸长率提高,白度轻微下降,化学结构没有显著改变,结晶度有所提高,蚕丝纤维的表面形态结构经微波长时间辐射后略变粗糙。
Traditional chemical treatment methods for silk fabrics have problems such as uneven treatment, environmental protection and long processing time. The article proposes to use an uniform, rapid and environmentally-friendly microwave heating method to functionally modify the silk fabrics.The effects of microwave radiation time and power on the chemical structure,surface morphology,microstructure, breaking strength, elongation at break and whiteness of silk fabrics were studied, and the variation rules of structure and properties of silk fabrics under different microwave radiation conditions was revealed. Experimental results show that after microwave modification treatment, the breaking strength and elongation at break of silk fabrics increased;whiteness decreased slightly;chemical structure did not change significantly;crystallinity increased;the surface morphology of silk fibers roughened slightly after microwave irradiation for a long time.
