摘要
目的探讨全程陪检在下肢骨折患者转运中的临床应用效果.方法选择2017年5月—2018年6月治疗的下肢骨折患者76例作为对象,随机数字法分为对照组(n=38例)和观察组(n=38例).对照组转运中给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合全程陪检,护理完毕后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组护理缺陷及纠纷、患者满意度及护理记录合格率、转运意外事件发生率.结果观察组护理后护理缺陷及纠纷发生率,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后患者满意度及护理记录合格率,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后管道滑脱、管道堵塞、血压骤降、心律失常及呼吸困难发生率,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论将全程陪检用于下肢骨折患者转运中能降低护理缺陷纠纷及转运意外事件发生率,能提高护理满意度及护理记录合格率,值得推广应用.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of whole-course accompanying examination in the transport of lower limb fracture patients. Methods 76 patients with lower limb fracture treated from May 2017 to June 2018 were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into control group(n=38 cases) and observation group(n=38 cases). The control group was given routine nursing in transit, while the observation group was given full accompanying examination on the basis of the control group. After the completion of nursing, the effect of patients was evaluated. The nursing defects and disputes, patients’ satisfaction, qualified rate of nursing records and the incidence of transshipment accidents were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of nursing defects and disputes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the patients’ satisfaction and qualified rate of nursing records in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of pipeline slippage, pipeline blockage, sudden drop of blood pressure, heart rate disturbance and dyspnea in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of whole-course accompanying examination in transporting lower limb fracture patients can reduce the incidence of nursing defects disputes and transporting accidents, improve nursing satisfaction and the qualified rate of nursing records, which is worthy of popularization and application.
