摘要
研究生作为知识经济时代受教育水平最高的群体,作为国家发展和民族振兴的中坚力量,其德育状况却令人担忧.德育核心内容不仅对研究生价值观、人生观和世界观的形成起着至关重要的作用,而且在研究生的全面培养中占有极为重要的地位.因此,该文从培育创新人才的角度出发,通过分析当前研究生的德育的问题,指出导师应在研究生德育中发挥更大的作用,并为此提出相应的对策性建议.
As the population with the highest level of education in the era of knowledge economy and the backbone of national development and rejuvenation, the moral education of postgraduates is worrying.The core content of moral education not only plays a vital role in the formation of world outlook, outlook on life and values, but also plays an extremely important role in the training of postgraduates.Therefore, from the perspective of cultivating innovative talents,this paper analyses the current moral education problems of graduate students and points out that tutors should play a greater role in the moral education of postgraduates and puts forward countermeasure suggestions.
