响应面优化亚临界萃取核桃油工艺及品质评价 被引量:6

Optimization of Subcritical Extraction of Walnut Oil by Response Surface and Quality Evaluation

摘要 以粉碎过筛干核桃为原料,利用亚临界丁烷对其进行核桃油的萃取。分别以萃取时间、萃取温度、料液比值为单因素,研究对核桃油得率的影响;根据Box-Behnken中心组合试验原理分析方法,采用三因素三水平的响应面分析方法,以核桃油萃取率为响应值,优化提取工艺。确定的亚临界丁烷萃取核桃油最佳工艺条件为:萃取时间40 min、萃取温度50℃、料液比值0.2 g/mL。在该条件下,核桃油得率为64.014 2%。理化指标测定显示,酸价0.21mg/g、含皂量0.012%、碘价154 g/100 g、过氧化值2.3 mmol/kg,萃取油品质为浸出油质量标准的一级油。 Smashed and dried walnuts were used as raw materials, and walnut oil was extracted by subcritical butane. The effects of extraction time, extraction temperature and solid-liquid ratio on the yield of walnut oil were studied by single factor method. According to the Box-Behnken center combination experimental principle analysis method, three-factor three-level response surface analysis method was used to extract walnut oil. The response value was optimized and the extraction process was optimized. The optimum condition for the extraction of walnut oil by subcritical butane was as follows: extraction time 40 min, extraction temperature 50 ℃, and ratio of material to liquid 0.2 g/mL. Under such condition, the yield of walnut oil was 64.014 2%. The physical and chemical indicators showed that the acid value was 0.21 mg/g, the soap content was 0.012%, the iodine value was 154 g/100 g, the peroxide value was 2.3 mmol/kg, and the quality of the extracted oil was the first grade oil of the leaching oil quality standard.
