摘要
随着老龄化社会进程的加快,如何合理配置公共服务设施,成为创建老年友好型城市及社区的重要内容。文章采用专家咨询法和主成分分析方法,构建了公共服务设施友好指数体系,确定了不同指标的权重系数;同时,利用从不同途径获得的POI数据,分析了江西省各地级市公共服务设施的空间分布情况,相对较低且各城市分布不均衡的公共服务设施友好度值也反映出江西省公共服务设施配套率低、地区差异大的特征。文章对城市公共服务设施老年友好度分析,探寻了一种新的思路,为老龄化社会背景下城市公共服务设施的合理布局和城市建设的综合部署提供一定的参考。
With the acceleration of the aging society process,how to rationally allocate public service facilities has become an important part of creating aging-friendly cities and communities.The public service facilities friendly index system was build and the weight coefficient of different indicators are determined by expert consultation method and principal component analysis method.At the same time,the POI data obtained from different ways are used to analyze the public service facilities of various cities in Jiangxi Province.The spatial distribution,the relatively low value of public service facilities in different cities,and the value of public service facilities in Jiangxi Province also reflect the low matching rate of public service facilities in Jiangxi Province and the large regional differences.This study explores a new way of thinking about the aging friendly degrees of urban public service facilities,and provides a reference for the rational layout of urban public service facilities and the comprehensive deployment of urban construction in the context of an aging society.
