摘要
[目的/意义]美国特朗普政府对中国展开了咄咄逼人的攻势,给中国造成了巨大的冲击,中国情报学界应该为国谋略,为中国国家安全治理提供战略性解决方案。[方法/过程]采用逻辑分析方法,对美国情报新政策、美国安全情报理论发展状况、中国情报变革、中国情报理论发展等进行了研究。[结果/结论]研究认为,中国在加速情报转型的同时,应推动中国情报学派向科学化研究的范式发展,推动情报理论走“先体系化、后科学化”的道路,并在安全情报理论基础上依托情报功能模型来构建国家情报学,从而集中研究方向,为中国国家情报力量的国际化发育、科学化运筹、网络一体化治理等提供战略性解决方案。
[Purpose/Significance]The Trump Administration of the United States launched an offensive against China,which had a huge impact on China.Chinese intelligence scholars should provide strategic solutions for China's national security governance.[Method/Process]This paper studies the intelligence transformation and theoretical development of China and the United States,using logical analysis method.[Result/Conclusion]In the period of China having accelerated the intelligence transformation,the Chinese Intelligence School should adopt the scientific paradigm and construct the National Intelligence Science based on Intelligence Function Model.This can promote the international development and scientific operation of China's national intelligence forces.
