Research on the Dynamic Mechanism of Promoting Teaching Innovation Ability for Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 教师教学创新能力的提升是在一定提升动力的推动下完成的,完善的动力机制是教师教学创新能力得以持续、深入、健康发展的保证。针对高职院校青年教师教学创新能力提升动力不足、动力机制不完善等问题,提出在“完善政府、社会导向机制,强化院校协调、服务机制,建立竞争驱动机制,激发个人需求机制”的基础上构建政府、高校、教师、学生,以及社会“五位一体”青年教师教学创新能力提升动力机制的创新举措,并对动力机制创新的路径进行具体剖析。在湘潭医卫职业技术学院的实践表明:该动力机制的创新对指导青年教师提升教学创新能力,开展广泛的教学创新,培养高素质创新型人才效果明显。 Teachers'teaching innovation ability is improved by certain motivation for promotion.Perfect dynamic mechanism is the guarantee for the teaching innovation ability to develop continuously,deeply and healthily.In view of the present situation of insufficient motivation for promotion and imperfect dynamic mechanism of teachers'teaching innovation ability in higher vocational college,this paper puts forward“five-in-one(government,university,teacher,student,and society)”innovation measures for the dynamic mechanism on the basis of"improving the government and social guiding mechanism,strengthening the coordination and service mechanism in colleges and universities,establishing the competition driving mechanism and stimulating the individual demand mechanism".The path of the innovation is also analyzed in detail.Practice shows in Xiangtan Medicine&Health Vocational College that the innovation of the dynamic mechanism has obvious effect in guiding the young teachers to improve the teaching innovation ability,carry out a wide range of teaching innovation,and train high-quality and innovative talents.
