摘要
目的观察并探讨糖尿病肾病(DN)中医药治疗中的用药规律。方法查询并分析2006—2018年DN中医药治疗815篇相关文献中的方剂,建立起相应的数据库,借助统计学软件将用药规律找出,并总结DN的中医治疗方式。结果在收集的207首方剂中,201味中药使用频率达到了2 234次,尤其以黄芪、丹参、茯苓、山药、山茱萸、生地黄、当归等的使用频率较高。按中药学能效进行排序,使用频率最高的是补虚类中药,随后依次是清热药物、化瘀活血类药物、渗湿利水类药物以及化痰类药物等。结论在对DN患者展开中医药治疗时,应遵循益肾补脾、益气养阴、消肿利水、化瘀活血的原则,对肝肾之间的关系有一个充分了解,从而实现DN中医治疗效果的提高。
Objective To observe and explore the rule of medication in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods From 2006 to 2018,query and analyze the prescriptions in DN Chinese medicine treatment about 815 case related literature,establish a corresponding database,use statistical software to find out the drug rule,and summarize the traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods of DN.Results Among the 207 prescriptions collected,the frequency of use of 201 Chinese medicines reached 2,234 times,especially the use frequency of Astragalus,Salvia,Poria,Chinese Yam,Hawthorn,Rehmannia,Angelica,etc.was higher.According to the energy efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine,the highest frequency of use is tonic Chinese medicine,followed by heat-clearing drugs,phlegm and blood stasis drugs,osmotic water-based drugs and phlegm drugs.Conclusion In the treatment of DN patients with traditional Chinese medicine,follow the principles of Yishen Bupi,Yiqi Yangyin,Xiaozhong Lishui,Huayu Huoxue,and have a full understanding of the relationship between liver and kidney,thus achieving DN Chinese medicine.The treatment effect is improved.
