摘要
目的:观察血府逐瘀汤联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法:选取80例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予阿司匹林治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上联合血府逐瘀汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血小板活化因子水平、血液流变学指标(全血比黏度、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原、凝血酶原时间)水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.5%(39/40),明显高于对照组的80.0%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组血小板活化因子水平、全血比黏度、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原水平及凝血酶原时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组血小板活化因子水平、全血比黏度、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原水平明显低于对照组,血酶原时间明显长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病心绞痛患者能提高治疗总有效率和改善血小板活化因子及血液流变学指标水平的效果优于单纯阿司匹林治疗效果。
Objective:To observe effects of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Aspirin in treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.Methods:Eighty patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were enrolled in the study.These patients were divided into control group(n=40) and observation group(n=40) according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Aspirin,while the observation group was given Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Aspirin.The clinical efficacy,platelet activating factor level,hemorheology indexes(whole blood specific viscosity,plasma specific viscosity,fibrinogen,prothrombin time) and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%(39/40),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.0%,32/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the platelet activating factor level,whole blood specific viscosity,plasma specific viscosity,fibrinogen level and prothrombin time between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).However,after the treatment,the platelet activating factor level,whole blood specific viscosity,plasma specific viscosity and fibrinogen level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the prothrombin time was significantly longer than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Aspirin in treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris can improve the total effective rate,the platelet activating factor level and the hemorheology index levels.Moreover,it is superior to single Aspirin.
