摘要
氢气压缩机是石油化工领域常见的通用设备,然而其在运行过程中活塞杆易出现断裂现象,故分析氢气压缩机轴肩断裂失效具有重要的工程意义。本文以某石化氢气压缩机活塞杆为研究对象,通过对活塞杆材料化学成分、断口宏观和微观形貌以及材料金相组织等进行了系统地分析,结果表明:氢气压缩机一级活塞杆检修后,由于活塞杆检修工艺和运行条件的变化,造成活塞杆轴肩在断裂前所受的载荷出现应力集中,且承受的载荷是相当高的,上期长期在这种载荷下运行时出现疲劳裂纹,并不断向外扩展,最终演化为轴肩断裂现象。相关研究成果能够为类似活塞杆轴肩断裂原因分析提供参考。
Hydrogen compressor has the characteristics of high operating efficiency,good safety and stability,and is a general equipment widely used in petrochemical industry.However,the piston rod is prone to fracture during its operation.Fracture of piston rod has been already a difficulty of scientific research in the modern application field,therefore,it is of great engineering significance to analyze the fracture failure of the shaft shoulder of the hydrogen compressor.By taking the piston rod of a petrochemical hydrogen compressor as the research object,the material chemical composition,fracture macroscopic and microscopic morphology and material microstructure of the piston rod were analyzed systematically.The results show that after overhaul of the hydrogen compressor piston rod,fatigue crack appeared on shaft shoulder,and continuously extended outward,and eventually evolved into shaft shoulder fracture phenomenon because of change of the piston rod overhaul technology and operating conditions,resulting in the stress concentration on piston rod shaft shoulder before fracture,and very high load on the shaft shoulder when operating long time under this high load in previous period.The research results can provide references for the cause analysis of shoulder fracture of the piston rod.
