摘要
目的探讨手法复位联合甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗耳石症患者的作用。方法方便选取该院在2017年1月—2018年5月收治的耳石症患者102例分为两组,观察组(n=52)进行手法复位联合甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,对照组(n=50)给予甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,观察相关指标的变化、治疗效果,并统计复发情况。结果治疗后,观察组BBS评分为(51.03±2.33)分高于对照组的(43.64±3.14)分(t=13.534,P=0.000);VSI评分(34.13±3.03)分高于对照组的(27.61±3.14)分(t=10.672,P=0.000);治疗有效率为96.16%高于对照组的80.00%(χ^2=6.408,P=0.011);复发率为5.77%低于对照组的20.00%(χ^2=4.642,P=0.031)。结论耳石症患者应用手法复位联合甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗能提高患者的治疗效果,有效缓解患者眩晕症状。
Objective To investigate the effect of manual reduction combined with betahistine mesylate on patients with otolith.Methods 102 patients with otolithic disease admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were divided into two groups.The observation group(n=52)was convenient treated with manual reduction combined with betahistine mesylate tablets,and the control group(n=50)was given methanesulfonic acid hestatin tablets treatment,observation of changes in related indicators,treatment effects,and statistics of recurrence.Results After treatment,the BBS score of the observation group was(51.03±2.33)points higher than that of the control group(43.64±3.14)points(t=13.534,P=0.000);the VSI score(34.13±3.03)points was higher than that of the control group(27.61±3.14)points(t=10.672,P=0.000);the therapeutic effective rate in the observation group was 96.16%higher than the control group 80.00%(χ^2=6.408,P=0.011);the recurrence rate was 5.77%lower than the control group 20.00%(χ^2=4.642,P=0.031).Conclusion The treatment of otolithic patients with manual reduction combined with betahistine mesylate tablets can improve the therapeutic effect of patients and effectively relieve the symptoms of vertigo.
