摘要
地方高校的音乐院系是一个地区音乐文化科研、教育、人才的聚集地,推动农村音乐文化发展,正是其责任和义务之一。通过对信阳市光山县的实地调研可知,当下农村文化发展还存在多种问题,面临多个瓶颈。对此应充分发挥地方高校音乐院系的重要价值和作用,从人才培养、产业发展、演出市场和宣传推广等多个方面,全面推动农村音乐文化发展,实现乡村振兴。
The music colleges and departments of local colleges and universities are the gathering place of scientific research,education and talents of music culture in a region.It is one of their responsibilities and obligations to promote the development of rural music culture.Through the field investigation in Guangshan County of Xinyang City,we can see that there are still many problems and bottlenecks in the development of rural culture.Therefore,we should give full play to the important value and role of local colleges and universities,promote the development of rural music culture in an all-round way from the aspects of personnel training,industrial development,performance market and publicity and promotion,and realize the revitalization of the countryside.
