摘要
随着电力体制改革的加快推进和移动互联网技术的飞速发展,电网企业需利用先进、可靠的技术手段建立电力营销服务移动作业应用系统,融合多种供电现场业务和服务场景,提升电网企业供电服务能力和管理水平。提出电力营销服务移动作业应用系统总体架构,按照电力营销服务移动作业业务需求和特点设计业扩报装、用电检查、电费抄催、计量拆装、客户服务、现场抢修、采集运维等主要应用功能;根据现场作业网络环境提出移动作业离线模式和在线模式;提出移动作业客户端和应用平台之间在不同移动作业模式下的数据交互方式和技术选型。最后简述“互联网+”电力营销服务移动作业平台建设进展和应用成效,并展望未来深化和完善电力营销服务移动作业应用系统建设的研究领域和工作重点。
With the accelerated reform of the electric power system, the rapid development of mobile Internet technologies, power grid enterprises need to use advanced and reliable technical means to establish mobile operation application system of power marketing service, integrate various power supply field business and service scenarios, and improve the power supply service ability and management level. We put forward the overall architecture of the mobile operation application system for power marketing service. According to the needs and characteristics of the mobile operation business for power marketing service, we designed the main application functions of the industry, such as industry expansion, electricity inspection, electricity fee collection, measurement and disassembly, customer service, on-site rush repair, collection and maintenance. According to the field operation network environment, we proposed the offline mode and online mode of mobile operation. And we proposed the data interaction mode and technology selection between mobile operation client and application platform under different mobile operation modes. Finally, we briefly described the progress and application results of the "Internet +" power marketing service mobile operation platform, and looked forward to the future research fields and work priorities of deepening and improving the construction of mobileoperation application system of electric power marketing service.
